RE:  Order Cancellation and Return Policy

This memo is to state the cancellation and returns policy of Heavy Equipment Parts, Inc. (Company).  Our intent is to be as flexible as possible when it comes to these policies. Below outlines common scenarios and is subject to modification.

Cancellations:

• Standard inventory orders not processed will have no cancellation fee.
• Orders that have been processed will have 10% restock fee, plus any incurred freight.
• Orders being processed for shipment or further will be have a 20% restock fee, plus any incurred freight. 
• Special orders are non-cancellable/non-returnable without company approval. Cancellation fees will be determined by level of completion. This includes engineering, planning and material acquisition.  This will be determined by the plant and in certain instances the assessed cancellation fee will be greater than that listed.

Returns:

• All returns must be approved.

• Stock inventory items not requiring modification or engineering will have a 10% restock fee.
• Stock inventory items requiring modification or engineering will have a 20% restock fee. 
• Non-Stock special orders are not returnable.
